converting Excel text into meaningful data

I need some help and it would be greatly appreciated. I have a bunch of information in word that I am converting to excel. I have attached the document called test for you to see.

How do I get all the information between the word "focus" to migrate into rows of data so that I can get one company on one row?

For example line one should be like finished product attachment.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Mitch,

Please remove confidential material from documents before posting. You're likely to get yourself or someone else into trouble.

    As general help:
Look at your document and decide what you want to do.
Work through the task a few times manually. Think about what you are doing as you do it. Are there any repetitive patterns in your task?
Thinking about those repetitive patterns, try to convert them into pseudo code.
Then, work through your pieces of pseudo code, when you're stuck, search or ask for help.

Your post as is delegates a job that you were assigned...

This is my best effort, but I think some of the fields are missing in some records so if that cannot be remedied it will need adjusting.

Thank you so much with all the help. All the info is public information and not a concern.

I will try the code and get back to you.

    I appreciate all the help.

    Stephen,

I need a little more help with macros. Do I copy the text above and paste it into the Visual Basic Editor?

Yes, that's right. I'm mystified as to why you said it worked if you hadn't already done that!

    Steve,

It did work. I figured out that the script you wrote was triggered on the word "focus". The new reports that I was importing, didn't have the word focus. I changed focus to document, and it works now.

Thanks Steve. I would go crazy working with this stuff. I take my hat off to you.

NukedWhale should take a lesson in civility from you.

    Thanks again Stephen.
