Inserting a List into a Macro

Hello,

I have a macro that took forever to record. What I realized after is that I did not add a List w/Total row.

Not being that familiar with VBA, I am unsure how to step into the macro and:

1. Remove the "AutoFilter"
2. Add a list
3. Add a List Total Row

Any Ideas????
