Hey!
I've an Excel-Workbook with lots of VBA-Code (over 3.500 lines of code) and the problem is, that Excel randomly resizes some buttons and the button's font size, especially on the current clicked buttons but also without clicking buttons just when running some other routines.
Did anyone had the same problem and found a solution? There is no code which resizes or repositions any button or other control element. All buttons has been added by hand so far.

Do you have the properties of the button set to: "Don't move or size with cells"?
no, it wasn't. i've set that now and it didn't happen again until yet. I hope this doesn't change because that resizing didn't happen every time i clicked any button. it sometimes happened and sometimes not, so i'll see...)

This ia a recurring problem.
Which type of control are you using?
If you close without saving, does it revert to its original size?
If you close with saving, does it fix itself?
One wy I've seen suggested is to empty the Temp folder
Close Excel
windows start button|Run
%temp%
Delete as much as you can.
This apparently works because Excel uses the temp folder if you activeX controls from the Controls ToolBox

I'm using command buttons.
When i save and close the file, emptying the temp folder doesn'd solve the problem.
But when I exit Excel without saving the next time opening Excel the button has it's original size again.
When Excel changes the font size of a button I'm not able to change it back to normal via the properties dialog.
