Cut and paste as value

Hi i need to create a macro to do this task. i need a macro that delete a fixed range of cells and cut a range of cells and paste the value as formats and as value in new sheets

here is my problem:

i need a macro so the sheets2 value will be as follows:

i need to cut the "Name" which is range in cell C "Age" which range in cell F and paste the "Name" in cell B and "Age" in cell C.Besides that i need to delete the Hobbies range too. I also need to paste the value of the Name and Age column as value and as formats in sheets 2.

Anyone would help me out with this macro?
