Excel 2003: Hide #N/A error

Hi,

I know how to "hide" this error, per se, Viz. conditional formatting. But there's still that stupid little red triangle in the upper left corner of the cell -- this is what I need to get rid of! I really don't care if I need to disable this error for the entire sheet. Anyone know how???
