I'm sure this is VBA 101 but I can't get it. I have a master spreadsheet ("A") and ten subsidiary sheets (1 - 10). I need to be able to run a macro from "A" which opens all 10 subsidiaries, tells "A" to update all links, and then close the 10 subsidiary sheets.

I keep loosing control to the newly opened sheets. How do I avoid this?
