Trying to copy a range from Sender.xls (sheet) Lists backstage
onto Userform.xls (sheet) Behind the Scenes
I have only one problem. When trying to copy the values within a multicell range, the destination cell range (same size) becomes blank. I figure it is some massively weird syntax problem.

This is one of those anomalous VBA operations. The Value property is the default property for a range so it makes sense this should work. To make this work you have to specify the source range's property to be assigned to the destination range. The following example demonstrates this...
