VBA Dynamic Forms for a power trader

Hi guys

My job as a power trader requires me to buy power Hour by Hour. Because I don't trade every hour, I would like to build a form in VBA where I could enter in the proper Hour, Volume and Price, and have it populate only that hour. I attempted to build a form but I have little to no experience with VBA. I have attached the file.

It is almost like a simple index(match) function in excel.. but I can't figure out how to translate that into VBA. Thanks for any help.
