Convert from text to numbers

I need a function that will convert a selection of data ("text"-numbers) formatted as text to data-values formatted as numbers. Any proposal?

Thank you, but this example will convert the cells one by one. I was thinking of function that converts all "text"-numbers in a selection to "value"-numbers in the same selection, and at the same time change format from text to numbers.

I need this because I receive an output from a system where all the accounts are text, but I have to convert them to be able to use them in another process.
