Password protection for a macro button

Hello there,

I have a button that executes a macro which basically activates a worksheet. I wish to put a password which would allow only certain users to access this worksheet through this button.

Could you guys help me figure out a way of achieving this?

Thank you for your help. I tried your solution out but i could not get it to work. a problem with the pw1. I am not good enough to figure out the source of the problem.

However, i managed to find some info and i managed to do what i was trying to.

I guess this solution must be a little fragile but it is simple. Ill try figuring out your proposed solution too, helps me understand vba.
