    Excel to Form

    Hi,

Please review the attached excel sheet. I have to create a read only form which shows the data contained in the sheet on the VBA Form.

    Please help me with this.

    Thanks

Do you mean a userform? If so why?

You will not recreate the colour formatting etc, why not just protect the existing sheet. You could remove gridlines, row & column headers and scrollbars from the Tools menu -> Options -> View.
    Hope that helps.
