Open, Convert, Consolidate

Hi. Help me do a macro to automatically do the following

For File_1 to File_N Do
1. Unzipped a text file in a certain folder
2. Import that text file in an Ms Excel with "|" as delimeters in each sheet
3. move the imported/converted file in different worksheets in one workbook.
