Hi,
I'm quite new to VB. Anyway, i have a worksheet macro created from officeXP, but doesnt run on 2003. I suspect it is this subroutine, as my macro shows this "Object doesnt support this property or method" when it run this subroutine. Can anyone help? thanks.

You cannot sort a sheet, you must specify a range, but why not use a Pivottable instead of resorting to VBA?

You are correct about the code being incompatible. The code you posted is for Excel 2007 and not Excel 2003. Your function would need to be rewritten to work in Excel 2003.
