how to input formula down large s/s??

I'm using Excel 2007 and the sheet has 238536 rows containing 26412 ranges.
The first 5 rows in each range contains data. I wish to input into the sixth cell of every range a formula.
Not essential but I'd prefer it to be formatted blue.
I attach short s/s to illustrate my need.
Can anyone please help??
