Input boxes

Hi All,

Being pretty new to vba i have managed, after much searching, to create an input box which pops up when the spreadsheet opens and asks for a date.

However, i need help so when that has been populated another input box opens up asking for a balance (sheet1 cell D4).

Can anyone please help in taking me to the next step ?
