Conditional Run on Open

Right, I have the following.

My problem is. When running this "Auto Open" Macro while in "EDIT" mode it works fine

But when it runs in "READ ONLY" it flags up errors etc.

Is there a method to run the macro if the workbook IS NOT read only ?

(I wasnt able to put the autosave addin on the server)
