Deleting rows that differ in certain columns

I need to go from data set 1 to data set 2. I figured out how to get the data as it is in data set 2 in data set 1 (ie: the Pay-1, Date-1 formulas). The problem comes when I try to delet the rows between the varying data sets. How can I remove the excess rows (rows 4,7,8,9,10,12,13,14,16). I would love to build a macro to do this because the real data has over 20,000 rows and I have to do this every two weeks. Feel free to work in this model and re-post or just post on the forum.
