Calendar Value Using Data From A TextBox

I have a Userform that has a TextBox named TextBox5 when double click, it opens a calendar form. When the calendar closes it places its value into TextBox5.

Please Login or Register to view this content.
In the next TextBox (TextBox6) I Have a formula that uses the date value from TextBox5, Minus 6.

Please Login or Register to view this content.
This works fine, when I tab or enter into TextBox6. It performs its task and shows the value needed.

What I would like is to have this value entered automatically, without having to tab stop or enter into the TextBox6.

Thanks, any advice would be appreciated.

    Thanks Jason for the response,

This works the same as what I have now, except for the formatting. What I would like is to have TextBox6 fill in upon the close of the calendar.

Hi, it’s me again; I’d like to add a P.S.

Is it possible to have the frame and header invisible or off , including the X on the form that holds the calendar control and have the calendar unload after a date has been chosen?

I think I have seen somewhere the placing a flatten button under the calendar control to close the calendar.

    Thanks

    See the example here

    http://www.excelforum.com/developmen...n-activex.html

You can hide the X, etc but ask that separately
    Hope that helps.

    Jason that worked great.

    I have another issue.

Is it possible to unload the calendar automatically after the date has been chosen?

I have tried different events but I cannot get it to close after the date has been chosen.

    Thanks for all your help.

Most likely. Whereever in the code the date is chose, just use the following line after the date is chosen:

    Thanks, that was too easy

Sometimes to obvious escapes me. I tried everything I could think of except this.

    Jason thanks for your help.
