I have a couple of questions:

1) I have old workbooks, and have now made a new template. I want to put all of the data from the old workbooks under the new template. Is there a way to move the data over? For example, I have Name, Address, Phone, Email, Job #, etc... the new workbook is laid out differently, but has the same information. How can I easily move the data itself over?

2) The first sheet is a navigation page which contains about 20 different buttons which nagivate to the different sheets in the book. Is there a way to change the color of the button once data is entered in a sheet?

3) Once I have all of the data moved and all the customers are in the new workbooks, if I have to make a change (for example, if I have to add a new row on sheet B)... can I duplicate that change in all of the workbooks with one step?
