VBA Code not Matching an inputted Date to Generated Calender

    Hello,

I've inherited an excel file which tracks estimates and highlights their due dates on a self generated calender within the file. How ever for some reason it decides not to track the odd program, I've tried figuring out the pattern but I cannot, I was hoping someone here would be able to help me out.

For starters the Entry 'One Penn Plaza' on the Backlog sheet does not mark that it is due on the 29th of Oct. But if I delete some entries or move Penn with another entry then the date becomes tracked.

Any suggestions? Can I clear up anything for anyone?
