Hi All,

Need help to build macro

There is one WB (xyz.xls) with sheets name “Sheet1”

There is second WB (abc.xls) with different numbers of sheet and one of the sheet name is “Data”. I wan to copy sheet “Sheet1” from xyz.xls and paste into WB (abc.xls) that could overwrite “Data” sheet.

Can you please help me with this problem…
