Make Excel run VBA code at a certain point in time

Hello,

I have six excel sheets which all fire off queries to the data warehouse through VBA. As this is my first task on a monday morning I would like to be able to write some code which will make excel run at 4am so that by the time I get in, the spreadsheets have all refreshed.

I am relatively new to VBA and would like to hear your advice.
