How to insert required number of rows instead of a single row

Hi,

Is it possible to have a macro that prompts me to enter number of rows required to insert. After the answer is given the rows are to be inserted above the last data row in column B.

Here is a user form that I made a while back that allows you to choose from any sheet on any open workbook and add any amount of rows inbetween existing rows.
