    Hello shaunburke,

You can't control when you receive an email. I take it you mean send an email. Do you have the employee ID names listed in your Outlook address book?

    Sincerely,
    Leith Ross

I actually just want to send it to myself and then I send it out to others, simply because I want to be able to see it myself that they are due. Although, I'm not opposed to sending out to the individual (and CC myself).

    Hello shaunburke,

Your previous post makes sense now, thanks. Are you using Outlook?

    Sincerely,

    another email issue

I have another email issue. I still need to figure out, using Outlook, how to send a message when certain criteria is met.

In this spreadsheet I want an email sent that states:

"(Name) has not brought in childline clearances"

if the column "Recvd Childlineclear?" = "No" and AL1=1
if the column "Recvd Childlineclear?" = "No" and AM1=1
if the column "Recvd Childlineclear?" = "No" and AN1=1

Also need email sent if "Recvd FBI clear" = "No" and AL1=1
    etc.

Basically, I want an automatic email sent for every person I have not received a childline clearance of FBI clearance

    Hello shaunburke,

Do you want a button on the worksheet to send the emails or do want to do something else?

    Sincerely,
    Leith Ross

I want it to be automatic, so that when the deadlines come due, an email is sent.

I'm using it as a "tickler" to remind me and the staff person that the deadline is approaching
