need a code to delete empty cells

i have 4 sheets
1 (Projects) and 2 (Chart) are my data that supporting the sheet 3 (J.v)
in the sheet 3 i made a button to take a copy from the data that i enterend ( like snap shot) to the sheet 4 ( RECORD)
frist Problem :-
because i don't fill al the J.V forum i face empty cells in the Record , thats is what i'm trying to fix...
in other way , i'm trying to make a file , that whenever i make a J.V. and press that button , it take a place in a stament (the sheet number 4)

second problem
is there somehow that can make the numbers of the (ACT.-RC.-GEN.-SUB.-BR.)
appears in the Record sheet like 1/100/163/306 ??

in record sheet A:A will be a serial number for every J.V.

while the last entry amount is in the Cr. side
the differerence is in serial , date , code number , no (Debit) or (Credit) words appear
