need help w/ dynamic hyperlink to within worksheet

Hello.
I want to make a dynamic hyperlink that is based off a vlookup value so that,

Should value in A1 = Blarg, users can click on the hyperlink and it will hyperlink to the cell containing "Blarg" within an array of C1:H10

I need some way to incorporate match so that if the value in A1 changes, I don't need to manually edit the hyperlink.
