Convert a table into a list

Hi I'm having a little trouble and its my first time on here.

I have data displayed as follows (see attachment for better view):

1-Sep-08 2-Sep-08 3-Sep-08

Product1 0 5 8
Product2 3 5 10
Product3 0 1 4
Product4 1 0 0

sorry if the above does not display properly but it is a column of products, dates across the top with values in the table.

and I would like to display it as follows in a single list:

Product1 1-Sep-08 0
Product1 2-Sep-08 5
Product1 3-Sep-08 8
Product2 1-Sep-08 3
Product2 2-Sep-08 5
Product2 3-Sep-08 10
and so on....

Any ideas?
