Smile Auto data sort between spreadsheets

I've attached a spreadsheet for you to look at.

The first page (Pattern Etch) is normally in one spreadsheet. This is the one the operator normally enters the data into.

The other two pages (97 and 201) are in a second spreadsheet. I'd like to add a piece of code to the second and third pages so that they automatically get the data from the first page (not forgeting it will be another spreadsheet), and split into the respective types (97 or 201) without repeating any data.

I suppose both spreadsheets would need to be open to run properly, or can it be done with the 2nd spreadsheet (97 and 201) effectively shut?

If it cant be done let me know and I'll maybe have to consider mergeing the two spreadsheets, although this will make then very large as there are many more pages.

    Thanks,
    Gavin.

Please, I need to know some informations:
    1) what is the corrispondence from columns in sheet 'Pattern Etch' and columns in sheets 97 and 201?
    2) When you add a new row in the 'Pattern Etch' sheet the data must be put in a new row of sheets 97/201 (append)?

    Many thanks

    Regards,
    Antonio

    Antonio,

I'm not sure I really understand your reply , but I'll try and help.

As you can see from the example spreadsheet the data to be copied across from the Pattern Etch page, is from the columns marked as DATE, OPERATOR, BATCH, WAFER, CALCULATED TIME (TIME on 97 or 201 pages), DIFFERENCE (DEPTH on other pages).

    Hope that helps.

    Gavin.
