Macro to compare items from 2 sheets in III sheet

Hi,

I have a work book which has 2 sheets, Sheet1 and Sheet2. Now can any one help me giving me a macro which creates another sheet in which all the items in sheets 1&2 are compared.

Attached is the sample in which Sheets 1&2 are existing and sheet3 is the final sheet required after running of macro.
