Macro to paste data

Hallo Friends,

A small task. i am having an few Excel forms with 6 to 7 sheets in which some cells lets suppose G25, G27, G30 changes frequently from form to form and all sheets. unfortunately this cell is filled with a long word..for example 678956-087628-ABTH-IKH-098

so I want to create an VB Macro directly from Excel using a VB Form with 3 buttons with captions following words "678956-087628-ABTH-IKH-098" and "678956-0432534-VJHGV-IKH-098" and "678956-023424-BJHV-IKH-098"

now i click on the cell in sheet and click the required button in macro..so this cell should be filled with corresponding caption..

Please can you help me in writing the code for the button click.

selected cell should be pasted.
