Hardcode Folder Path

Hi Everyone,

Im in need of a little help! I have an excel spreadsheet which lists all the files in a particular folder and generates a hyperlink for each one so that it can be opened from the spreadsheet.

I need this list to be updated every time a new file is put into the folder. Currently this update is done by the user clicking the update button and having select the relevant folder from a dialog box.

I want to hardcode the folder path into the macro (GetFileListTECHNICAL) so that I can run the macro as the workbook is opened and the update will be done automatically without any user input.

It seems easier than the way I have it working now but I just cant get it to work. Anyway im in a bit over my head and id really appreciate any help you guys can give me. A copy of my spreadsheet is attached.
