Disable Manual Calc in Options

I have a shared spreadsheet that someone is turning auto calc off, this leads to problems when another person opens it and enters data. Is there a way to grey out the manual calc button, tools/options/calculation/ ?

I know I can turn auto calc on using the on close function, is there a way to stop the auto calc being manually turned off?

I'm just a beginner at this stuff but I don't think there's any direct way. I have two options.
One, have the autocalculate turn on when the workbook is opened. This doesn't stop people from shutting it off but it won't stay off. Would that work for you?

Second Option, disable the options option in the toolbars for this workbook. Of course, no one will be able to access any options but that may be a good thing.
