Creating an Excel Worksheet

I am trying to figure out if this is possible. I was wondering if there was some type of formula that would create a new worksheet? In other words, if I entered data into a cell, the formula would then create a new worksheet in the workbook.

Actually I don't understand your question.
But I think you need a macro to help you because a formula can't creat worksheet. So you'd better go to "Excel Programming"
