Categorize Products based on IF/THEN conditions

I have over 3000 categories and I am trying to figure out a script in Excel that would assign specific categories to each product based on the features and attributes of that product.

Either have the categories dynamically generated based on the features or have them assigned (aka copy paste) based on the features, whichever way would make more sense.

I have attached a file that shows the different steps I have already setup (though not a complete list of the categories on sheet2, but you get the gist), but now im just lacking the script behind it all.

Do you guys have any propositions?
