Delete entire row if criteria cell is blank

I am having trouble with this one. I am trying to write a macro to delete the entire row if the cell located in column AK of that row is blank. The column is text formated. The only text that will ever be in this column is HNFD. I have tried putting that in with <>, but it didn't work for me.

I have never done the autofilter approach. You can use a loop to delete blanks.
