    Automatically Hide Rows

Hi, Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

I am trying to put together a rota. Sheet 1 starts with column A showing days of the week, column B showing the dates and columns C to O showing the names. Row C3 to O24 has drop downs listing the shifts.

On sheet 3 I have what looks like a bar chart which represents the shift patterns and dependant upon what shift pattern is selected under whose name on Sheet 1 their name shows up on the corresponding bar of Sheet 3.

If there is no-one allocated to a shift then that row needs to be hidden so there are no empty rows showing but if the selections change on Sheet 1 then the rows on Sheet 3 needs to reflect this and be visible.

I hope the above makes sense.
