Hi experts,
Im working on a worksheet that has a whole list of securities.
I also have the totals that each type of securities should add up to, but i dont know which specific securities belong to a certain type/group.
Is there a formulae that can assist me in doing this?
Would really appreciate any help.

If I understand you correctly, then what you want to do is very tricky, and not really feasible for lists of more than 20 items becuase of the sheer amount of processing power involved, but there is an example here that you can download which uses recursion to return a possible list to you.
