IF statements with a module

I am a Novice and I am trying to do a calculation of the following

          A        B           C
 ------|--------|---------|---------|
 Row 1  Apple      No        Block
 Row 2  Orange     Yes       Pass
 Row 3  Apple      Yes       Pass
 Row 4  Grapes     No        Block
 Row 5  Grapes     Yes       Block
 Row 6  Lemon      Yes       Fail
 Row 7  Apple      No        Pass
 Row 8  Lemon      Yes       Block

I want the final calcuatlon would show as below and I would like the code to not list duplicate text as well. This calculation will be for multiple worksheets.

All Blocks= Apple, Grapes, Lemon
All Pass= Apple, Orange
All Fail= Lemon

Plus I have attach my excel for clarification as well its in MS excel 2007
