    Macro to automatically autofilter and print sheet

    Hi Guys,

    I have a report that is evergrowing each week.

    Because I this extends for the whole year I fill it in weekly as I go along. The problem is that in order to print the spreadsheet I have to AutoFiler it for NonBlank lines otherwise the whole Row headers for the year will print and I end up with pages and pages of blank Row Headers.

    Is there a way a Macro could be used attached to a button and AutoFilter NonBlank Lines and then print the document and then reset the filter to normal?

    Thanks in advance for any help given.

    record a macro of your actions

    Hi
    the easiest way would be to record a macro of "autofilter for non-blank and print" and run it again.

    @ravishankar

    Thanks for the tip, this worked a treat. How would I go about matching a AutoFilter dependent on a value in a droplist in cell C2?

    Thanks again.
