VBA Code to Sort/Add/Highlight

Hello,

I am wondering if it is possible to create VBA code to look at a list of numbers (these numbers represent percentages, but are not stored as percentages). Say they are in (B4:B14). I was thinking if the code could look at the greatest value in the list and then sum values in descending order until it reaches 80 (which would mean the selected values would comprise 80%). Then would it possible to highlight these selected cells in the top 80%?

Then could I clear any cells that were not highlighted?
