    Browse for file

Is there anyway to bring up a "browse for file" menu in Excel. For example, the user gets to the end of a form which will be e-mailed in. It askes if they have any supporting documents to send in. If so, browse for the file and it will be an attachment in an email?

I don't trust my users to be able to type a file location into an input box.
