    toolbar and customize

    Hi everyone

I am after inserting a macro which runs on opening of a worksheet. This macro hides all toolbars and inserts a toolbar called "My toolbar". Which as two options on save and exit! Firstly I want to add the minimize and the restore down buttons but I do not know what the code is, and I want to be able to remove the drop customize option that every toolbar has so the user cannot add a function which I have hidden to the tool bar? Any ideas would be appreciated

    Regards

    Hello Belkin,

Excel will not allow you to disable an individual tool bar in the Toolbars drop down list. You can however disable the Toolbars menu selection. This might not be a sound strategy. The minimize and restore buttons are part of window's title bar and not the menu.

    Sincerely,
    Leith Ross
