    Conditional formatting between sheets

    I need to change font color to red in sheet1 and sheet2 when corresponding cells are not equal in range. Also need sheet3 to show differences and sheet4 to show averages between sheet1 and sheet2. I've had not problems with formulas for sheet3 and sheet4, but would like to be able to do it in vba. Changing the font colors has been giving me fits.
