Insert new row preserving row formulas and format

I've got a spreadsheet that I need to be able to copy a row and insert the exact row, preserving it's formula's and formatting, directly beneath it.

Attached is a ***** copy of the spreadsheet. I had to delete a bunch of the formulas and drop-down menu's because it's work related and confidential.

What would be ideal is to have either a button that would insert the row beneath the latest one or a box in which a user can input the amount of rows to add.

The rows that I need copied are A2, throught A5 (consider this one row).

I've been working on this for days and haven't gotten anywhere, any help would be greatly appreciated.
