Dear Sir/Madam,

I am trying to write a macro in excel that uses solver within that macro. Here is what I did, I ran solver with the dialogue box and it worked to my satisfaction. However, I recorded the macro and then used that same exact code within a macro and I did not work, it returned a non-optimized value. From start to finish, the only difference was that in the case that worked I used solver within the excel spreadsheet and with the second case I used solver within the VBA macro. Can you please advise?
