    Date Formula W/ Conditions

    Hello,

I have a spreadsheet that has a place for a date.

    Example
    Updates as of: 1/1/08

I don't want the date to change unless there have been changes made. However, when any changes have been made, I'd like the date to automatically update to that date.

    Thanks!

    Hello Jackson1008,

    Welcome to the Forum!

You need to provide a little more information. How is this workbook updated - manually or by automatic query? Is there a previous version saved that can be used for comparison?

    Sincerely,
    Leith Ross

    Date

The spreadsheet is updated manually. And no there isn't a previous version (except if it's been printed).

    Thanks!
    Jenna
