Copy Rows based on Criteria and Cell References

1. I want to thank you for all your help. What I have learned from these posts will make things a lot easier for me.

2. New question:

In the attached workbook, there are two worksheets, (Internal Project Plan and External Project Plan). I need to have all of the rows in the internal plan that have an x in the column "Share with Client" to copy over to the external project plan.

However, since these rows will be the same as the internal version we want the data to pull from the internal version. I am a amatuer at this, I know that I could link it with with Cell References, but since we are building the internal project plan based off of criteria, each project plan will be different. So, Is this even possible? If so, how?
