Userform Textboxes showing wrong values?

I have few textboxes on a userform.

When I input 5000, which should get formated to 5,000, instead I get 4,970.

Can anywhen tell me why and how do I stop it?

I am unable to reproduce the problem. Can you attach a copy of your workbook for review?

Found out the the control source(linked cell) automatically formatted itself to time format, therfore it displayed the number equivilant to date into the textbox.

Is there a way to prevent it from happening?
