Best Information on VBA Code for Excel

I am able to piece together code and figure out things with some help from the forum, but how do I really learn VBA programming? What is the best resource out there? Is there some type of library like JAVA? What is the best book to buy? I would really like some place like the JAVA library to have all the methods, properties, and objects information at hand. For a great book that will help get you set to the right direction, take a look at the following book.

I use it like my bible. Its simple, VERY easy to understand, and sweet. I highly recommend his book.
