12 Month rolling average.

Assistance needed please:

I have hit a stumbling block I cannot overcome. I have a spreadsheet (attached) that looks at todays date and averages the current month and the past 11 month's data and averages them. The rolling monthly range is working ok, but I cannot make the formula average only the cells that do NOT have zero's in them. Hopefully I have explained well enough what I am attempting to accomplish, the spreadsheet is documented as well.

Thank you in advance for your assistance, I have spent many many hours on this problem.

Have you tried a Sum/Countif combo? You can use countif for all values greater than zero.
